Last Sunday was the Superbowl. Did you watch it? I didn’t as I was working but I really wanted to because I had a Superbowl commercial airing.
First time i’ve been on a TV commercial here in the USA and I hear that a Superbowl commercial is a big deal in the industry. I can see why as over 100 million people tune in to watch the game and the commercials are a hot topic of discussion.
My commercial was for TurboTax, in case you are interested and weren’t aware.
We spent three days on set and it was a ton of fun. I met some really nice actors and was really pleased that another one of my manager’s clients was also in the same spot too. The crew were incredible and the overall shoot was a very pleasant experience.
To me, life on set as an actor is where I want to be. I’m happier there than at any other point. I’m indulging in my craft, flexing my acting muscles and generally having fun.
What’s not to like?
